Monday NINs
That's right I'm blaring NIN—and I'm gonna do that all day today. It's sorta my day off—one of only few in the past bit.

Last you heard, I was working on Fight Club. Well that went very friggin well despite an opening night of rain. We closed with great houses- thanks to everyone who made it out!Photos are up on Citizens of the Universe's website. The after party was rocking—boob cake and all. Thanks to the Thirsty Beaver and Elena on that one!
After that I jumped right into Anthony and Cleopatra with Shakespeare Carolina. (clap, stomp!) Now for those of you who don’t know, SC is run by my long time friend Chris O’Neil and involves a lot of my theatre buds here in Charlotte—not to mention my lovely gf: Ms. Brown. In the midst of this Lucio invited me to read a character (Cain) in his original piece that a lot of local peeps got together for. Enjoyable… now waiting for act 2! I would love to have some pics of me as Pompey (A drunk bastard with an axe...) or the clown (a schitzo with a live snake!) but all I have are pictures of me eating pizza after breaking down the stage after the last show. Ahh pizza. One of my true weaknesses. O’Neil is floating an idea of doing an ongoing series of performances in the style of Vaudeville goes to Hell—featuring one act plays from the Turn of The Century "Grand Guignol", modernized and presented in a nightclub/cabaret, with music, dancers, magicians and what not. I think it would be a blast. As for Shakespeare, up next is MacBeth- but that’s far away right now. For right nowish—rehearsing with B-Team brothers and gearing up for Boston and Twinstock. But what’s this? GONZO! That’s right- I’m brushing off the cobwebs and heading up to Raleigh to bring another offering of the one man Hunter S. Thompson show. So it’s back to rehearsing for that as I also start looking at cuts and ideas for my (my = COTU) next shows: Helter Skelter and Reservoir Dogs!
